About

We built the one thing most rent apps won't.

A rent product that never touches your rent.

Ask any owner with a few apartments what the annoying part is, and it's rarely the rent itself. It's the 1st. The reminders. The "sir, I'll transfer tomorrow". The receipt your tenant asks for in March for their HRA claim. The one apartment where you can't remember whether the deposit was two months or three.

Plenty of apps offer to fix that — and then quietly ask you to route the rent through them. Your tenant pays the app, the app pays you, two or three days later, minus something. We think that's the wrong trade. Your money should not take a detour through a startup so that you can get a reminder.

The entrance to a mid-rise apartment society: a painted compound wall, a steel sliding gate, a security cabin, and stainless water tanks on the roofline.

So we built it the other way round

Your tenant pays you — your UPI ID, your bank account, directly. RentNLease keeps the record, sends the reminder, produces the receipt, and tells you who has paid. We are deliberately not a payment company, not a bank, and not an escrow. There is nothing for us to take, and nothing of yours for us to lose.

What we charge for

The software. A subscription based on how much you manage. Never a percentage of your rent — that is the one line we've designed ourselves out of being able to cross.

Where we are

We're in private beta, opening up to a small set of owners first so we can set each one up properly. If you rent out apartments in India, we'd like you in that group.

Not a bank. Not an escrow. Not in the middle.

Come and try it on your apartments.
