A percentage of rent. A transaction fee on your tenant's UPI payment. A cut of the deposit. The money moves between your tenant and you, so there is nothing for us to take.
We haven't set the India price yet, and we're not going to guess.
We're not converting a US dollar price into rupees and calling it done. We're setting it with the owners who join early — and they get it first, and better.

Why isn't the price on this page yet?
Because we'd rather set it properly for India than convert a dollar figure. We're working it out with the owners in our early-access group — if you join, you're part of that conversation.
Will you take a cut of my rent?
No. Not now, not later. You pay for the software; the rent is yours. This is the one thing we will not change.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 45 days, long enough to cover a full rent cycle so you can see it work on the 1st before you decide.
Is there a free plan?
No. We'd rather charge a fair price and keep your rent records safe than run a free tier and sell something else. Early-access owners get preferential pricing.
What decides what I pay?
How many tenants you're managing, how much document storage you use, and how many people from your side need a login. Not how much rent you collect.
