What this website is
An information site about RentNLease, a rent-management product that is not yet generally available. Everything described here is what we are building. Features and timelines may change.
Early access
Submitting the form is a request to be contacted. It does not create an account, guarantee you a place, or commit either of us to anything.
The non-custodial promise
We say throughout this site that RentNLease does not hold your rent. That is a description of how the product is built: your tenant pays into your own UPI ID or bank account. It is not financial advice and it is not a guarantee about your tenant's payments.
Not professional advice
Anything we write about rent agreements, HRA receipts, TDS or stamp duty is general information. Please check your own position with your CA or lawyer.
